2 cups ground flaxseeds2 cups ground almonds2 cups wheat bran1 cup oat bran1/2 cup oatmeal6 scoops (90gr) Whey protein powder, vanilla
Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
To make a bowl of cereal, put 1/2 cup of the mix in a bowl and add 1/2 a cup of boiling water. Stir and let sit for a 3 - 4 minutes before eating. Great with 1/4 cup berries! I also add a bit of splenda.
