Low Cal Gluten& Lactose Free Horchata

Ingredients
*Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup 2 Cinnamon SticksAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 8 ozVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) *Agave | Madhava | Light, .5 tbsp
Directions
Soak Rice, water, and cinnamon sticks overnight. Discard cinnamon sticks and blend rice and water in a blender on high speed for 5 minutes. Strain mixture - I used a coffee press - to get out the bits of rice. Add Almond Milk, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Agave and whisk. You could probably add this to the blender before you strain. Yield - about 1 qt. Serve over ice.
