Beet Soup with Smoked Sausage

4 Medium Beets2 Tbsp Becel, olive oil1 cup celery, diced1 cup carrots, sliced1 cup onion, diced2 tsp dillweed, dried1 tsp caraway seed1/4 tsp black pepper4 cups fat free, sodium reduced chicken broth4 cups water2 tbsp tomato paste2 tbsp lemon juice
Wash beets wrap in foil Bake on baking sheet for 1 hour at 350F peel and dice .
In dutch oven melt becel and cook onions, celery, carrots, dill, caraway, pepper until tender on med heat.
Stir in Kielbasa for 3 mins then add potatoes and beets. cook for 1 minute.
Stir in chicken broth, water, and tomatoe paste, bring to boil.
Reduce to simmer for 45 minutes. Add lemon juice.
