Introduction

This is a hearty dish that is great to eat when it's cold outside and you need a boost! This is a hearty dish that is great to eat when it's cold outside and you need a boost!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb of Pork or Beef Sausage
    1 Head of Cabbage
    5 carrots chopped (Bite size pieces)
    or 1 Bag of Baby carrots
    1 can of whole tomatoes
    1 Large can of Vegetable Broth

Directions

Chop Sausage, Cabbage, Carrots, and Tomatoes into bite sized pieces and put into a large boiling pot. Add vegetable broth over the top and water if needed. Bring to a boil and then drop down to a simmer. Takes about 30 minutes to and hour for everything to cook together. Season to taste and serve.
