Quiche

Ingredients
3 eggs1 1/2 cups skim milk1/2 cup Biscuick1 cup diced ham1/4 cup melted butter1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup chopped scallions
Directions
1.Blend eggs and milk together; add melted butter.
2.Add biscuit mix and ham. Mix together
3.Pour into greased 9" pie pan.
4.Top with cheese.
5.Bake for 30-45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes - serve.
