Ingredients
Ingredients: * Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, soft, 170 grams * Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, lite firm, 85 grams * Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped * Lemon juice, 2 tbsp * Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp * Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds * Pepper, black, 0.125 tsp (one-eighth teaspoon) * Salt, 0.5 tsp (one-half teaspoon)
Directions
Put all ingredients into blender & pulse until completely smooth. Chill.
