Ingredients
1/2 c dry wakame1 large english cucumber cut lengthwise and sliced thin2 tbsp pickled ginger chopped2 tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar2 teasp sesame oil2 teasp toasted sesame seeds2 teasp sugarpinch of sea salt
Directions
Boil wakame 5 min. drain. slice cucumber. chop pickled ginger, add remaining ingredients and toss.
