Coconut Creme Pie

Ingredients
graham cracker crust, 9"1 box cook & eat coconut creme pudding mix1.5C sweetened coconut flakes2C skim milk
Directions
Cook pudding over stove top as per directions. As pudding thickens, add 1/2C coconut flakes. Upon full rolling boil, pour pudding into graham cracker crust and top with remaining coconut flakes. Place in oven at 425 degrees until browned (about 8-10min). Eat warm or refrigerate. Note: will set up best if refrigerate. Slice in 8ths and enjoy!
