Eggless, Milkless Chocolate cake

1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 cup white sugar3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder1 tablespoon baking soda1/3 cup vegetable oil1 cup cold water1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/2 tsp salt
Grease muffin tin, or put in cupcake liners.
Preheat oven to 350F
Whisk all dry ingredients together.
Create a well and dump in all wet ingredients.
Mix together well.
Pour into muffin tins, app 1/3 cup per well.
Bake 15 min, or until toothpick/knife inserted comes out clean.
If using greased pan, wait until fully cooled before attempting to remove from pan.
If you want to put anything on it, whipped cream, confectioner's sugar or ice cream are all tasty options.
