Ingredients
Purity Portuguese Sausage Mild (2 oz serving size), 1 serving Hawaiian Sausage Mild (1 serving = 2 oz), 1 servingCabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)Cabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw, 6 leafPepper, black, 3 dashPaprika, 4 tbspWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Fry sausages until slightly browned, do not drain.
Add in chopped cabbage and mustard cabbage, stir well.
Add in 1 cup of water and seasonings.
Cover and let simmer until cabbage is softened to your taste.
Enjoy.
