Blueberry Grunt

Ingredients
2 pints blueberries1/2 cup Splenda1 1/2 cup flour1/4 t salt2 t baking powder1/4 t cinnamon2 t orange rind (optional)3/4 cup milk1/4 cup water
Directions
Put berries and water in a deep pot. Add the Splenda and cook until it bubbles and is juicy. Lower heat.

Mix dry ingredients and orange rind, if using. Stir in milk and mix well. Drop dumplings by spoonfuls on top of simmering blueberries. Cover and cook about 15 minutes or until dumplings are doubled in size.

Serve very warm with sauce.
