Tame's Lowfat Jambalaya

Ingredients
12 ounces bay scallops12 ounces Shrimp12 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast8 ounces turkey kielbasa1 tsp canola oil1 cup chopped onions1 medium red pepper1 clove garlic2 1/2 cups chicken broth1 1/2 cups uncooked brown rice1 can canned tomatoes
Directions
Place all ingredients but shrimp and scallops in a slow cooker for 6 hours. Add shrimp and scallops and place on high for last 30 minutes.
