Michelles Vegan Granola Bars

Ingredients
1 cup quick-cooking oats1 cup large-flake oats¼ cup apple cider¼ cup vegetable oil¼ cup whole flax seeds¼ cup sesame seeds¼ cup chopped almonds½ cup chopped, dried fruit½ cup rice syrup, maple syrup or agave nectar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Turn out and press into a baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes and leave to cool completely on sheet before cutting and wrapping.
