4 4oz Catfish Fillets2 tsp McCormick Salt Free Lemon & Pepper1/2 cup yellow self-rising corn meal4 small idaho potatoes
Start baking your potatoes in the oven before you begin preparation of fish.
Heat a nonstick skillet on medium high heat and add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Season Catfish with Lemon & Pepper seasoning. Then cover entire fillet in corn meal.
Cook in heated skillet two minutes on both sides. Then place skillet in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until fillet is no longer pink.
Add toppings of your choice to potatoe. Not included in nutrional value.
