Vegetarian White Bean and Sausage Ragout with Tomatoes, Spinach, and Zucchini

Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped *Boca Bratwurst, 4 serving Sliced 1/2" Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced 1/2"Garlic, 3 clove Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) Beans, navy, 1 cup Beans, red kidney, 1 cup Canned Tomatoes, 1 can Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tbsp Rosemary, 1 tbsp
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion and sausage 4 minutes or until sausage is browned. Add zucchini and garlic; cook 2 minutes. Add kale and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately.
