Celery Soup

Ingredients
3 cups celery1 cup onion1 cup leek1 cup parsley6 cups water 5 heaped tsp powdered chicken stock
Directions
Saute vegetables, except parsley, in oil for five minutes without browning. Add stock cubes and water and simmer until soft. This takes about 20-30 minutes or 10 minutes in a pressure cooker. Blend when cooked and reheat with parsley. Adjust seasoning
