Cinnamon Fruit Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 cup water1 teaspoon vanilla extract1/4 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats1/2 cup blueberries1 apple, chopped2 Tb. chopped walnuts1 Tb. ground flax seeds1/4 cup raisins
Directions
1. In a saucepan, combine water with the vanilla and cinnamon. Brin to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to a simmer and stir in the oats.
2. When the mixture starts to simmer, add the blueberries. Remove from heat when berries are heated through.
3. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes until thick and creamy.
4. Mix in apples, nuts, flax seeds and raisins.
5. Divide into two servings and enjoy.
