Beef Neck Bones and Pinto Beans

Neck Bones (3 in package2lbs Dry Pinto BeansMrs. Dash Table Blend2 Beef Boullion Cubes3 cups water
1. Soak Bean over night
2. Drain and rinse beans
3. Spray Crockpot with cooking spray. Season neck bones and place in crockpot.
4. Pour beans over meat. Season with Mrs. Dash
5. Dissolve boullion cubes in 3 cups water. Pour in crockpot.
6. Cook for 8 hours on low.
(put over brown rice which is not in calorie calculations)
