Fresh Corn, Black Bean and Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
2 ears sweet corn1 whole, firm avocado, diced1/2 red onion1/2 red/orange or yellow pepper1 jalapeno, seeded and diced1/2 can black beans1 whole juice of a limeplenty of chopped cilantrosalt to taste1 TBS vinegar (I use white)1 tsp. sugar (optional, I don't use this)
Directions
Slice kernels off the corn and combine with all remaining ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or as a salad.
