Canadian Bacon Tater Crockpot Breakfast

Ingredients
1 pound frozen tater tots6 oz. diced Canadian Bacon1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese6 eggs1/2 c. skim milk2 T. floursalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In crockpot, layer ingredients in order; tater tots, bacon, and cheeses. Repeat.
In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, and flour and beat with whisk until combined. Pour over layers in crockpot. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

If your crockpot cooks higher, you may need to shorten cooking time.
