Healthy Green Juicer drink

Ingredients
2 medium carrots2 meduim stalks of celery1 green apple (Granny Smith is good) handful of fresh parsley2 - 3 kale leaves1/2" ginger root
Directions
Wash and chop all ingredients into hopper-size pieces. Discard apple seeds.
Turn juicer to High. Use hopper pusher to feed pieces. Stir and pour into chilled glass. Serve immediately.

    This is my morning refresher and ginger is so good for you. I add lemon and 1/2 small beet sometimes. - 8/25/12
