Tilapia Guisada

Ingredients
Tilapia Fillets, 7 oz (remove) Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove) Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped (remove) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 4 tbsp (remove) Ragu Light - Tomato & Basil, 0.60 cup (remove) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
Directions
Cut Tilapia fillets into 1 inch pieces, set aside. Heat olive oil on a 2 inches deep skillet. Place onions, bell pepper and tomatoes on hot oil; heat through. Add garlic (chopped). Add zucchini, add fish and pour Prego tomato sauce over all the ingredients. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
