Beans, pinto, 2 cup (remove)Salsa, 1 cup (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)Corn Chips, 4 oz (remove)Chili powder, 3 tbsp (remove)Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
Mix everything but corn chips together. Layer mixture between two layers of corn chips and bake at 350 til chips begins to turn brown.
