vegetarian chilli

Ingredients
1/3 bag Quorn grounds1 diced onion1 diced pepper1 cup diced mushrooms1 vegetable stock cube1 can chopped tomatoes1 small can or 3 tbsp of red kidney beans1 tbsp cooking oil1 garlic clovehot chilli peppers (to taste)2 tbsp Paprika3 - 4tbsp worcestershire sauce (to taste)add chilli powder as extra if required1tbsp of black peppercorns ground
Directions
Heat cooking oil in a fyring pan or wok and saute the onions, add garlic, peppers, chillis, mushrooms and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add veggie mince and fry for 2 minutes, add stock, ground peppercorns, worcestershire sauce, paprika and stock cube. stir fry for 1 minute, then add the can of tomatoes and red kidney beans. Add water if required.
Bring to the boil and simmer gently for an hour, or cook for 20 minutes and reheat later in the day/next day.
Tastes better when cooked for longer.
