Nikky's Turkey Burger

Ingredients
1 lb Lean Ground Turkey1 Large Egg3 tsp Worchestershire Sauce1 tsp Cayenne Pepper1 tbsp Garlic Salt1 tbsp Paprika 1 tbsp Black Pepper.5 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Directions
Put turkey meat in a large mixing bowl. Add worchestershire sauce and all spices and work thru the meat. Beat the egg in a separate container then slowly work in with the meat mixture. Roll bread crumbs in with the meat and allow the moisture from the mixture to soften the bread crumbs. Once the meat forms together well, make 5 patties. Grill on high (400 degrees) 5-6 minutes on each side. Add cheese if you prefer a cheeseburger (optional). Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes, then serve.
