2 Cucumbers - peeled and large diced3 medium sized tomatoes - dicedSmall Onion - thinly sliced6 kalamata olives (can remove pits if you want)1/4 cup fat free feta cheese - chopped or crumbled1/2 fresh lemon juiced (2 Tbl)1 tsp Oreganofresh ground pepper2 Tbl Olive Oil
Directions
Combine ingredients and toss. Divide among 4 salad bowls.
