Faux Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/2 scoop plain whey protein powder2 tbsp flax meal (or coconut flour)1/2 cup [canned] coconut milk mixed with 1/2 cup waterstevia to taste1/2 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Heat coconut milk/water mixture until warm/hot. Mix with remaining ingredients and let sit a few minutes (or even overnight) to thicken. Great topped with coconut shavings & walnuts!
