Chocolate Chip Zucchini Nut Bread

3 eggs1.5 cups sugar1 cup canola oil1 tsp vanilla2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp ground cloves2 cups raw zucchini, grated2 cups all purpose flour1 cup chopped walnuts1 cup chocolate chips
Beat eggs with sugar. Blend in oil, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Beat in cinnamon and ground cloves. Add grated zucchini. Blend in flour. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
Grease 2 small loaf pans and divide batter evenly.
Bake for 1 hour.
When cool, wrap and keep refrigerated.
