Simple Chicken soup

Ingredients
4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 chopped green bell pepper2 cloves garlic, chopped1 tsp. salt1 tsp. oregano10 cups water3/4 cup rice2 small potatoes, in wedges1/3 tsp. ground black pepper1/3 tsp. ground cumin
Directions
Put all ingredients in a pot , except rice and potatoes, and bring to boil. Cook for 10 minutes, add rice and potatoes. Cook until rice and potatoes are done, about 25 min. Add more water if necessary.
