GastriKate's Orange Chicken & BowTie Pasta

Ingredients
4 chicken thighs, skinned and boned1 orange3 cloves garlic2 servings Garfalo bow-tie pasta
Directions
Place chicken thighs in the bottom of a crock pot.
Zest the orange and mince the garlic, then sprinkle both over the chicken.
Peel the orange and cut in half. Crush each half in your hand, over the chicken.
Separate the segments and add to the chicken.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Serve over bow-tie pasta, cooked according to package directions.
