Thai Green Coconut Curry with Chicken

1 Boneless, skinless chicken breast sliced thin.1 1/4 cup chicken stock1 cup coconut milk1 tbsp sugar2 tbsp Thai Kitchen Green Curry Paste1 cup onion, sliced1/2 cup daikon cut into 1/2 inch cubes1 medium potato, cut in 1/2 inch cubesJuice of 1 lime
1. Add chicken stock to wok or soup pan. Bring to a boil and add curry paste, sugar, and coconut milk. Stir until all ingredients are fully dissolved in the liquid.
2. Add the potato, onion, and daikon. Simmer until almost tender.
3. Slice chicken breast in thin slices and add to simmering broth.
4. Stir in lime juice just before serving.
5. Serve in soup bowl, or over rice (not included in nutritional information).
