3 cups coarsely chopped cabbage1 pound extra lean ground beef 1 can tomato soupDash pepper1/2 cup raw rice1 can water
Brown meat. Add rice. Mix well. Add soup and water. Put cabbage in a baking dish. Pour rest over it; do not stir. Bake at 325 F for 90 minutes. Serves 4
