Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
Stir Fry:1 lb. Beef Steak, cut into thin strips1 Bell Pepper (your color preference), chopped7 (80 g) Baby Carrots, chopped1/4 (70 g) Medium Onion, diced2.25 cups (250 g) Sugar Snap Peas, whole pods, ends removed2 large (60 g) Scallions, cut on the diagonal in 1cm pieces1 tsp Lime Juice2 TBSP Sesame Oil1/4 tsp Ground Ginger1/4 tsp White Pepper2 tsp Five SpiceMarinade:1 TBSP Teriyaki Marinade1/2 tsp Garlic, minced1.2 tsp Siracha Chili Sauce1 tsp Fish Sauce1 TBSP Rice Vinegar
Directions
Marinade:
Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Combine steak strips and marinade in ziplock bag and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.

Stir Fry:
Heat 1 TBSP sesame oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add carrots and stir fry until somewhat soft, about 2 minutes.
Add bell pepper, onion, and sugar snap peas and stir-fry until cooked through, about 3 minutes. Remove from skillet into a bowl, set aside.
Heat 1 TBSP sesame oil in skillet and add marinated beef strips, cook until almost cooked through.
Add vegetable mix back into skillet and mix.
Add five spice, ground ginger, white pepper, and stir fry about 1 minute.
Finally, add lime juice and scallion and stir fry about 1 minute.

Serve over rice, noodles, or your choice!
