Easy Mexican Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breast1 jar Muir Glen Organic Salsa1/2 cup lowfat shredded cheese1 cup black beans
1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. In a bowl mix the salsa and black beans.
3. Put in a casserole dish the chicken and top it with the salsa black bean mix and sprinkle top with the shredded cheese.
4. Spray foil with cooking spray (this way the cheese doesn't stick to the foil. Cover casserole dish with foil and bake until chicken is no longer pink. Approx 30-45 mins.
