Savory Chicken and Mushrooms

Ingredients
teriyaki, worshishire (or however you spell it), balsamic, various seasonings (i like: oregano, paprika, seasoning salt), chicken, baby portabellas
Directions
Add chicken, liquid ingredients, and seasonings to chicken. Put in a ziplock bag or container with lid to marinate. An hour or so later (the longer the better), slice mushrooms, melt butter substitute, and chicken. Fry for a couple of minutes, flip, then add mushrooms, cover, stirring occasionally until done. Serve and enjoy.

Serving Size: makes two servings, or chop and serve over rice to stretch
