Steamed Fried Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces nonstick spray (Pam), 1 serving *Marie's Lite Creamy Ranch Dressing, 2 tbspsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place a chicken breast scored deeply in heated frying pan sprayed with Pam. Cover chicken with three table spoons of light Ranch dressing. Cover and heat on med. for 5 minutes. You may need to add some water so that the pan and chicken do not go dry. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes untill done.
