540 ml can White Kidney Beans360 grams Tomatoes1/2 cup Parsley 1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper1/4 tsp Kosher Salt 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Drain and rinse beans. Chop tomatoes and parsley. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together. Toss beans, tomatoes, parsley and vinaigrette together. Allow to marinate 1 hour before serving.
