Corn Off the Cob

Ingredients
6 ears corn, husked, cleaned2 tbsp smart balance margarine2 tbsp chopped green onions1/2 tsp salt sense1/8 tsp pepper1/4 cup 2% milk
Directions
1. With sharp knife, cut kernels of corn from cob.

2. Melt margarine in medium skillet over low heat. Add corn and all remaining ingredients except milk; cook 4-6 minutes or till corn is crisp tender.

3. Stir in milk; cook about 2 minutes or till milk coats corn.
