Sauteed Mushrooms (1/2c / 3oz)

Ingredients
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced and chopped coursely1/2 tsp olive or canola oil1/4 tsp seasoned saltdash of thyme
Directions
In a non-stick pan, heat oil 'till shimmering. Combine all ingredients in pan and saute about 1 minute, until well combined. Cover and cook until mushrooms begin to release their liquid, about 3-4 minutes. Remove cover and continue cooking until liquid has evaporated and mushrooms are soft and golden.

Makes approx 2 1/2-cup servings.
