380 grams of canned Black Beans 2 medium tomatoes1 cup of Rucola salad125 grams of Mozzarella cheese1 tbsp Olive Oil2 tbsp fresh basil (chopped)1 tbsp shallots (chopped)
Chop shallots, mozzarella, tomatoes and basil.
Rinse black beans.
Mix everything in big bowl.
Season with salt and black pepper to your liking.
