Karen's Asian Slaw

1 Head of Napa Cabbage- remove core and slice leaves1 bunch green onions - root end removed and slice both white and green parts1 cup craisens2 packages Ramen noodles - crushed, seasoning set aside 1 cup sliced almonds - toasted6 tablespoons rice vinegar4 - 5 tablespoons honey, depending on taste2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce1/2 to 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes, depending on taste1/4 cup Canola oil
In large salad bowl, mix cabbage, green onions, craisens, crushed ramen noodles and toasted almonds.
In small bowl, wisk together rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes and oil. Pour over salad and mix well. Chill until ready to serve.
