Gaspacho with protein

Ingredients
2 onions2 cucumbers2 green peppers6 tomatoes6 eggs2/3 cup olive oil1/2 cup vinegar2 cups tomato juice4 cloves garlic4 tsp lemon juice2 tsp brown sugar1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
blend all ingredients together, cook on stove. bring to a boil and then simmer 15 minutes.
cool completely and enjoy.
