Under 500 calorie George Foreman Grill Quesadillas

Ingredients
4 tsp - McCormicks GrillMates seasoning1 Lb - Chicken Breast (boneless & skinless)2 cups - Monterey Jack Cheese8 - Whole wheat wraps8 tbl spoons reduced fat sour cream (optional)and of course a george foreman grill
Directions
Season and then cook chicken until done on foreman grill. wipe off juices from chicken after removing. shred the chicken into small manageable pieces. on 1 of the wraps spread 1/4 cup of your shredded cheese. Add 1/4 of the shredded chicken on top of the cheese. Add another 1/4 cup of cheese on top of chicken. Cover with 2nd wrap. place on foreman grill and close lid, cook until u can hear cheese boiling on grill (usually just a few minutes). remove with spatula. Let cool for 5 minutes, cuz these babies will be hott! cut up however you like and serve with 2 tablespoons of reduced fat sour cream. Repeat until 4 quesadillas r completed. I know its a pain to have to do them 1 by 1 but cooking the chicken is really the only part that takes a while. u should be able to cook all 4 quesadillas before the first one is cooled.. Great dinner for a family of 4 and its very filling and under 500 calories..
