Cottage Cheese Oat Maple (flourless) Pancake

Ingredients
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat1/2 cup Egg Beaters1/4 cup Almond Breeze2 tsp. Pure vanilla extract1 Tbsp. Sugar Free Maple Syrup (Walden Farms)1/4 cup rolled oats1/4 cup oat bran1/2 tsp. Baking powder
Directions
Add all wet ingredients to a blender. Blend on batter setting. Add dry ingredients. Pulse to keep some rolled oats whole and grainy. Heat nonstick skillet on med-low. Spray skillet with cooking spray. Pour batter into 4- inch pancakes. Cook until bubbly, about 4 minutes. Flip and cook another 4 minutes. Serve with sugar free maple syrup or fruit topping (not included in nutritional data).
