Flax bread with seeds

Ingredients
1 cup of flax seed meal1/3 cup of whole flax seed1/2 teaspoon of sea salt1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder2 tablespoon of chopped shallot2/3 cup sunflower seeds1/4 cup of sesame seeds1 1/3 cups of water
Directions
Mix ground and whole flax seeds, salt,shallot and water.
Add sunflower and sesame seeds and mix well.
Use the back of a spoon and batter evenly on one dehydrator tray or baking sheet if using the oven, use parchment paper and spray with oil as it will stick.
Dry at 104 degreeF for 4 hours.
Flip over and cut into 12 pieces with a pizza cutter and dry for another hour.
It will be very crisp and nice with cheese or dips.
