Ingredients
Create a Diet Salad Tidal Wave even without all that fatty salad dressing. Here's how: mix together the following or a combination of the following to equal 4 cups - lettuce, shredded cabbage, cherry tomatoes or diced tomatoes, raisins or currants, 1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds, raw spinach, 1 teaspoon of dried cranberries, a dash of celery salt.
Directions
add 1/4 chopped cooked lean chicken breast and the juice of one orange.
