Reggaeflava's Mashed Sweet Potato

Ingredients
3 sweet potatoes2 oz Trop 50 orange juice1 Tbsp EVOOfreshly grated nutmegoptional: Goya Adobo, paprika, and cinnamon
Directions
Peel and cube sweet potatoes and boil until tender (I seasoned the water with a little bit of Adobo, paprika, and cinnamon)
Drain potatoes, return to pot (over medium heat)
Add EVOO, OJ, and nutmeg
Puree with immersion blender until smooth
