Snowballs

Ingredients
1 C butter1 C Spenda( white or brown)3 tsp vanilla or other flavor you like3 C unbleached flourPowered sugar
Directions
Blend butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and creamy. Add flour. Mix well. Place in refigerator for 15 minutes.
Take out and roll into 1" balls.
Bake 325 for 15 minutes.
Roll in powered suar while still warm. When completey cool. roll again in powered sugar
Makes 4 dozen 1" cookies

    Your recipe does not turn into a good lump of dough to make Snowballs. I have made it and had to research how to make the dough usable. Primarily I've noticed that the proportion of flour is way more than in most recipes. Assume you were remaking a family favorite - I know how hard it can be. - 1/9/15
