Grilled Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients
8 Jalapeno peppers (de-veined and de-seeded)4 ounces part skim milk mozzarella cheese8 slices turkey bacon16 toothpicks
Directions
De-seed and de-vein peppers. Use rubber gloves if you're sensative. I use a teaspoon to scrape the peppers. Stuff with 1/2 ounce mozzarella cheese. Wrap with turkey bacon and secure with toothpicks. Soak toothpicks ahead of time to keep them from burning.
Place on a medium grill for 10-15 minutes, turning often.
