Ingredients
boneless chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast halvesBacon, 8 medium slices, cooked Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbeque Sauce, 12 tbsp
Directions
Cook bacon slices until just starting to crisp, but still easily bendable, set aside on a paper towel lined plate until excess fat drains off and strips are cool enough to handle comfortably.

preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Wrap 2 slices of bacon over each chicken breast in a criss cross, or x pattern, arranging each breast in a lightly sprayed 9x13" baking dish with the ends of bacon strips tucked under the chicken breasts.

Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Remove baking dish and top each chicken breast with 3 tbsp bbq sauce. Return to 350 degree oven and bake 10-15 minutes longer, until chicken is done.

FABULOUS with seasoned potato wedges, creamed corn, and a salad!

My wife makes this for dinner. It is very tasty! Make sure the bacon is crispy before baking though, or it will be soggy. - 12/3/07
